Is It Normal For A 7 Month Baby To Have Red Colored Stool After Giving Porridge?
hello doctor today i fed my 7 month baby vegetable porridge (beetroot,carrot,radish,french beans)and then he got a poop red in colour with semi solid texture.Is this normal for 7 month baby?and how to know if the food is digesting easily or not ? i would like to know the symptoms of indigestion in a 7 month baby thanx

hi,as you told you gave your baby veg porridge containing beetroot ,carrot and all.if it has happened first time then it is normal just bcause of beetroot and all.but if is happening frequently and if its flakes of blood kind thing then consul any pediatrician.otherwise its normal..the colour of stool depends sometime on you food habits.u asked the symptoms of indigestion..that is abdominal pain,loose stools..may be sometimes vomiting etc.
