Is It Necessary To Operate A Hypoechoic Mass In Uterus?

Tis is kamalabai . .
I hav problm in my hypoechoic mass measuring 3.3 x 3.6cm noted in posterior wall of fundus of uterus n another large hypoechoic mass measuring 9.5 x 6.8cm noted in rt adnexa..
I went fo check up at two different doctors n 1 doctor advised for ct scanning n other not . .
So, is it necessary of operation here . .
Or itz better to go ahead to the operation . .

Hello,you have not mentioned your age and how many children you have in the family.You probably have uterine fibroids or myomas in the uterine walls.these are solid benign tumours which are made of muscular tissue.If your family is already complete and these masses are not causing any problem,you can avoid surgery.If there are severe symptoms ,it may be possible that your doctor will advise surgery(removal of the uterus)if the family is complete.The CT scan will probably add nothing to what is already known.
