Is It Mandatory To Undergo Surgery For Fibroids?

Hi,
I am Mimi,I have a 6.5 cm subserosal fibroid.I dont want to go for surgery or any invasive procedure before having a baby...Me and my husband are planning for pregnancy..Also the fibroid is not affecting my endometrial cavity..Is this is right what I am doing???
