Is It A Sign To Have Lower Abdomen & Pelvic Pain While Being Prostrate?

In Nov 2013 i started with dull and crampy pain on my left middle and lower abdomanl in front side(No back pain). my urologist did ultrasound and everything was noraml In Dec 2013 with above symptom i started burining sensation in urine taken medicines for almost 1 month, burning sensation settled down but pain persists where my urine analysis , microscopy and culture and everything is normal In Jan 2013 my urologist did ultrasound and bulky prostrate detected with weight 30. In digital rectal exam he mentioned soft and tender prostatrate. He told me to take flotral for 10 days and stop any medicines. In March 2013 same problem occurs pain and burning sensation in urine ... urine analysis , microscopy and culture and everything is normal this time also.Urologist told not to take any medicines and try not to think on pain. Is that pain in mid/ lower left abdomen and pelvic region is normal in case of prosatrate ? Doctor prescribed me silodosin for 10 days. No urine infection detected. Urine flow is ok. But i have constant pain , dull and crampy pain in groin and lower and middle of abdonmen. Is that normal in case of enlarged prostate. Urologist told not to take any medicines and try not to think on pain. I just want to know if this is normal ?
