Is It A Matter Of Concern If Left Breast Has Painful Burning After Having Right Side Mastectomy?
I am 68 yr old white female. Right side mastectomy 15 yrs ago, Now left breast has painful burning for past 5 days.--no lumps felt. Yearly mammograms detect no problems. Should this be a concern? Pain is not severe but burning is beginning to be a problem.

As you have a history of right mastectomy so you should not take these symptoms lightly. I suggest you visit a GP so that he/she can perform a proper clinical examination and rule out the underlying cause of the symptoms you are experiencing.
