Is It A Matter Of Concern If Having Constant Dull Stomachache, No Baby Movement During 31 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hi, today I have had a constant dull ache in ny stomach that has come and gone throughout the day, I went to sleep with it at 11:30 pm and woken up with it still there 2:00am I also have not notice my baby move much since 7:30 pm he's usually a very active baby I am 26+5 weeks pregnant.... Should I be worried?

Hello,
It is natural for the baby not to move for a couple of hours as it sleeps but absence of movements for so long a period calls for concern. Please get in touch with your obstetrician immediately and get further evaluation. You would need observation, adequate fluid balance, rest, fetal monitoring including stress test, tocogram and biophysical profile. You may also need uterine tocolytics or muscle relaxants that act on the uterine muscle to relieve the pain. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
