General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Prominent perivascular spaces are sometimes normal in MRI. Do look for deep vein thrombosis or varicose veins in leg.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parkavi Gunasekaran, General & Family Physician
