Is Gradual Weight Loss Normal While Suffering With Hashimoto's Hypothyroid Disorder?
I was told I have Hashimotos hypothyroid yet I have experienced a lot of weight loss since being diagnosed. I had gained a lot of weight prior to being diagnosed then after the antibody test came back as positive for auto immune disease I started to go in the opposite direction with not being able to keep weight on. I have asked my Dr and he tells me it's normal.

You are having hypothyroidism and for that you are taking levothyroxine like medication...
As hypothyroid is controlled you might not gain weight ...
But if as you said in above history weight loss than TSH estimation done to rule out overeffect of drug to rule out secondary hyperthyroidism ....
You can post your TSH and T4 report for more comment ...
If needed dosage has to be adjusted according TSH level...
