Is Gastric Issues With Heart Burns Common During Pregnancy?

Hi ,
I am in my 33rd week of pregnancy, my height is 5ft 3inches, and my weight is 72.2kg now. Previously i had Gastric problem and my menstural cycyle was irregular for which i took the treatment.
sometimes i get vomitting sensation and herat burn, Is it normal

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the heartburn is commonly seen in pregnancy .It is due to the influence of progesterone hormone and it also might be due to iron preparation.Take antacids.Take food in small quantities every 2 hourly.Avoid spicy and oily diet.
