Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Typhoid fever is characterized by fever and weakness.

Treatment of typhoid is aimed to control the fever and to clear the infectious bacteria from the body. Antibiotics will clear the infection from the body, however, weakness will take time to recover.

Rest, correction of anemia (if anemia is present), and proper nutrition will help to recover fast. You can continue with your exercise once you feel fit enough.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks and take care
