age 22 suffering from nightfall for 5 yrs...aelopathic science tells dat night fall is not at all a problem but ayurvedic science tells its bad effects nd sum wat d symptomps r truth.....plz make me clear that whether its good or bad.....feel weak nd look thin....weight 55 hight 5 9 .....and can i go to gym with dis kind of physic...?

yes my dear its produce bad effects,just like,lose of memory,irritation,
weaknsss,back pain,hypocalcemia.
the change are not seen any test,but you feel it.
so keep away from,and join gym,

thanx 4 ur valuable coments, it strongly helpd me nd wil surely suggest to my friends.....thanx 4 all ......but can u plz suggest me ny medicine 4 its permanent cure and why dis happend to me.....can plz share complete idea abt dis desease, why such difference in opinion of aelopathic nd ayurvedic science...infact in sum medical reality show dey told it is very normal nd one should not worry...bt i feel nightfall causing me ungrowth......by going gym i think it wil consume more energy nd in other side nightfall destroys my vigour nd strength wid dat nd as a result it wil make more thin nd weak....sum say this dat thin people should not join gym....is it true.....i am badly confused sir.....plz help me out soon......feeling suicide tendency as wel....now its 4 times a week it may be at afternoon or night or early morning.....such a dam desease.....cant go wid it.....i have very hight ambitions but my helth is not supporting at all.....m completely dipressed sir.....plz do sumthing since i cant say dis to my parents its embaresing to.....plz

Dont carry this on your mind. It is physiological . Stop worrying , enjoy Gim, good exercise, proteins and good life. Enjoy your food , concentrate on your studies/ work. Happy times.
