Good day Doctors! I m 9 weeks pregnant(1st pregnancy) and I recently experienced a slight vaginal pressure for 2 evenings(only evening time) coz I had a long walk. So I went to a Dr.(not my OB) and she prescribed me duphaston for 1wk,3x a day. I don t have any sign of bleeding, but sometimes I have abdominal cramps w/c I also experienced before pregnancy. She said it s normal to feel that pressure on vagina but why did she still prescribed me that. Is it ok to take it? Thank you very much! More power to your site!
yes, Duphastone is safe in pregnancy, this is a progesterone which will help u to support your pregnancy. you can take it for longer time also. In pregnancy, people do get fatigue early, so avoid long walk, do things as much as you can do comfortably, don,t over exert yourself.
