Is Drooping Eyelid With Severe Headache After CT Scan Showing Possible Concussion Due To Fall Serious?

goodday, I collapsed and bumped my forehead against sement flower pot. Extreme bleeding. went to emergenecy room - They stopped bleeding :stitching 2 artereries, muscle (torn during falling) between forhead and eye was stitched back and then the skin. Want for CT scan, only showed posible concussion. It's now 6 days later, my eyelid is still drooping over my eye and immense headache. Maybe Im silly, but is it all part of the heraling process?

Neurologist, Surgical 's  Response
HI , you had severe headache with third nerve palsy after head injury.
Usually it is uncommon but not serious.
The prognosis of traumatic oculomotor palsy is poor and full recovery is uncommon.
You are advised to consult neurosurgeon and to start steroids and occlusion therapy.
Thanks
