Is Down Syndrome Curable In An Infant?
Hi doctor,
my grand son (40days old has down syndrome. the scan reports |( internal organs) normal. no hearing problem. his looks r ok except his eyes little slanding.
we are still in shock. what wil be his future. how will he look?
what should we do? please advice is it curable?

Thanks for the query. Sorry to say but Down syndrom itself is not curable.
It is a heredetary disorder caused by abnormal placement of genes.
But don't worry so much he can lead a normal life if you have taken it positively, interact with him more and more.
