Hello dear Understand your concern If pregnancy age is confirmed 7 week you can use mifepristone plus misoprostol under observation of gynecologist. But according to your history age is 3 months. But age decide by scan is more specific so you can use abortion pills. By method mifeprostone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. If abortion pill will failed to abortion then you have to go for surgical process like D &C.
