Is Diabetes, Related With Pins And Needles In Feet, Numb Ears And Sleep Apnea?

sometimes my feet get pins and needles after standing for a short time, and they get so cold there is nothing I can do to warm them up...also my ears feel numb inside and I have tinnitus. Could all this be diabetes related? I already have heart disease, hbp, sleep apnea and copd, but circulation seems to be going downhill real fast.

Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Your symptoms seem to be related to Diabetic Neuropathy. However tinnitus is rarely seen in diabetic neuropathy. The problems in your feet can be managed by good sugar control, drugs like pregabalin or gabantin. I suggest you to have a neurologist and ENT consult regarding tinnitis.
Hope i have answered your query
