Is Delayed Periods With Spotting Suggestive Of Implantation Bleeding?

hello i got my period like it was a implantation bleeding i took a pregnancy test and it was negative last month my period came 5 days early and at first it seem like an implantation bleeding but by 3 day my period came down regular but not this time

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Spotting could be due to implantation bleeding when associated with delay in periods.
Sometimes, urine pregnancy test could be negative at early stages and may show positive little later on.
To confirm pregnancy, kindly do the following tests:
1. Blood for Beta-HCG levels.
2. Trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS).
In case the reports suggest negative, then you should get your periods shortly.
