Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1.First of all do not panic.

2. As such, if you have history of regular cycles and your unprotected sex acts were in between day 10 to 20 of the cycle, then you are at risk of getting pregnant.
Hence,if you use emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of first unprotected act, it helps to prevent pregnancy.

3. If you have missed your periods, I will suggest to rule out pregnancy by doing urine pregnancy test on morning's first sample of urine.

From your history , it appears that this delay can be the effect of repeated consumption of Unwanted 72 tablets by you. As you might be aware that high doses of hormones in these pills lead to erratic withdrawal bleeding. The bleeding after these pills can be early or late, scanty or heavy.

4. If the test is negative then you can simply wait for the onset of periods.

5.Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under expert medical supervision.
Your treating doctor will explain the process to you and the right way to take those medications.

I hope this answer was helpful to you!
Thank you and best regards!
