Is Conception Possible Post Endometriosis Surgery?

I ve recently found out that I have endiometriosis and I had surgery to remove some of the tissue and I m wondering if I can still have children because I ve been trying since 2013 as I did miss my period in October of that year and had a faint positive pregnancy test and they couldn t find a sac and to try again in November but I started bleeding before my next appointment and the hospital told me they couldn t say if it was a miscarriage or not and i just had my surgery on Sept.22 and I want to know I d I still have a chance to concieve

The women with endometriosis who wants to conceive are advised surgery for removal of endometriotic tissue as much as possible with reserving normal tissue for conception.So don't worry you still have your chances to get pregnant.Keep on taking the fertility treatment you are undergoing.You can also undergo IVF.It will double the chance of having bay.
