Is Brown To Plum Color Stool Normal In Rotavirus Infants?
I just got back from the er with my daughter and they diagnosed her with rotavirus. the stool sample has not come back yet, however i am concerned as i got her she pooped her diaper and its like a plum brown mucus color and smell like ammonia. is this common for an infant with rotavirus

Did you get a stool routine examination done, is the stool red jelly like, then it might be an intussusception, also get an ultrasound abdomen done, then a surgical opinion
