Is Brown Discoloration Of Tongue Due To Smoking Marijuana?

I was looking at a episode today about smoking weed turn your tongue brown and I been smoking over 36 years are there anything to bring it back to it natural color and is it danger to your health? I have not had any breathing problems are shorten of the breath. It just relax me and i love it!!! From Ga. it not legal here..

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are wondering if brown discoloration of tongue due to smoking marijuana. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergy reaction or throat infection due to lower immunity . Marijuana cn lower immunity , which can cuse infection like fungal infection on tongue and discoloration. I would suggest you to stop smoking marijuana , do warm saline rinses thrice a day daily . If condition doesn't get better then consult oral pathologist for proper examination . Doctor may order throat swab test , vital culture test along with examination of throat with laryngoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin or penicillin along with anti inflammatory and vitamin supplement . Doctor may also prescribe anti allergic .
