Is Blurred Vision,tinnitus And Slurred Speech Sign Of Multiple Sclerosis?

multiple sclerosis i have a big ?over the diagnosis i am in the high risk due to great aunt and uncle having had it fathers side and my mothers cousin also died from it .my symptoms continue ,had optic neurosis in left eye tingling and numbness inboth hans and forearms most morning when i wake up ,it goes once i move around and my feet feel sore and tingly until i hve moved around for 5-10 mins ,i had an mri scan but there are no lesions ,i often feel exhausted ,i am 28lbs overweight and am on thyroxine 100mcgs,struggle to lose any weight ,oh when i have a?episode i feel drunk and my vision is blurry and i struggle with my speech ,i also have deafness in my right ear due to ?tinnitus,please help .k

Dear
as your brain MRI is normal you dont have to worry
You dont have multiple sclerosis
It is not a hereditary desease
Just treat hypotiroidism and you will be fine
