Is Blood Pressure Reading 142/100 Normal?

I had a couple of high blood pressure readings 142/100 and 147/109 this morning. I have not gotten checked since last June by doctor and my doctor is out of town till next week. Should I see another doctor? I only had a little high blood pressure once but it was situational at a doctor s visit. I have just had a year of high pressure homeschooling my best friends teenage rebellious son. I couldn t quit and it was very stressful but that ended last Friday but I still feel under high pressure even though it s over but it is too soon for me to unwind. Sorry for being so long.
