Is Bad Sunburn Turning Orange And Into Blisters A Cause Of Concern?

My daughter is sunburned pretty badly. It has turned orange and there are many blisters. She also has a hemalytic anemia disorder which causes her skin to become jaundice. The jaundice looks like it has increased a bit but the sunburn itself is now turning bright orange and is blistering. We have thermazene in the house. Is applying this enough or should she seek medical attention
