Is Anxiety Disorder, Related With Gurgling Sensation In Heart?

Hello,I m pretty sure I have Generalized Anxiety disorder, but I get this gurling sensation around my heart. Of course it makes me worry. Also I get a tightening feeling in my upper right quadrant, like the other day I sneezed and something there tightened and the feeling was just horrible and lasted only a minute or less, I get this every now and then. Lightheadedness is another thing I am experiencing. Any suggestions if this is Anxiety related??

Hello
I think these symptoms of yours are most probably related to anxiety.
Anyhow, i would suggest you to go for ECG just to clear a doubt about heart problem.

Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.

Donot overburden yourself.

Visit a psychotherapist and consider going for biofeedback therapy.

Thanks
