Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that this sonography report is saying you have normal size gestational sac present in the uterus that is a sign of early pregnancy.
Ma'am it takes time for an embryo to get mature into a fetus. By the end of first trimester all body parts will be present that you can see in the follow up sonography.

It's advisable for you to stay stress free, eat healthy and personally consult with a Gynaecologist for future follow ups and healthy pregnancy .

Hopefully this will answer your query.

Kind Regards
Dr. Navneet Mahajan
