Hello Mr.Tariq;

welcome to HealthcareMagic

The BP of 135/95 is high and here the diastolic BP of 95 is high and the systolic of 135 is normal for your age.The reason for the high BP can be:-

- increased cholesterol and triglycerides
-your weight of 95 kgs

-increased mental stress

-lack of proper sleep

-and high BP is in your family it may be as a start of the disease of high BP.

Please get investigated and do Lipid profile to see if the cholesterol and lipids are normal and if not you will need a diet control and even medicine to reduce it.You will need to reduce your weight by doing strict dieting and exercises.Please consult a Physician ;get examined and treated.
