Is Weight Watchers The Ideal Way To Lose Weight?

I have been slowly losing weight with Weight Watchers. I also have Diabetes 2. O feel like I m missing the best way to lose weight using WW and a diabetic diet. Counting points, or counting carbohydrates as well as points. I am still confused after 2 years.

Using weight watchers is a good alternative to helping weight loss. What ever program you use the real key to weight loss is calorie counting. All the weight loss systems that are out there, they all count calories. They may have different systems on how they do the counting but it all comes down to calories.

In addition to counting calories exercise needs to be included. I recommend just brisk walking everyday 30-60 minutes.

Often overlooked areas of calories are drinks and snacks. Count everything that you eat or drink and exercise will help lose the weight.
