Hello and welcome to HCM,
Prominence of bilateral renal pelvis after distention of the bladder could be due to reflux of urine back into the pelvis.
Do you have any symptoms of urinary tract infection like burning urination, increased frequency of micturition or urination during night:
If yes then these are symptoms of urinary tract infection.
Reflux is one of the cause of urinary tract infection.
Consult a urologist for further management.

Thanks and take care
