Is STD The Reason For Burning Sensation And Smelling At The Glans?
After a sexual encounter with a girl some 10 days ahead, there is observed heavy deposition of white matter (probably called SMEGA) every day. There is observed burning sensation at the tip of the glans. However no itching is felt but the deposit is very large& smelly.
Sometimes minor scar type thing is observed upon cleaning the white matter.
What's the problem, any STD ?? Please suggest Medication !

Thank you for query. It may be due to poor genital hygiene or fungal infection. Clean area with warm water twice daily. Apply antifungal lotion like clotrimazole.you may take oral flucanazole 150 mg weekly once. Get back with photo and details for any clarification. Dr Bharatesh
