Is Quetiapine Fumarate Advisable For Insomnia?

I am now taking Zolpidem Tartrate 10mg for sleeping at night I have been on it for a few years, but heard it would be harmful to my health in the future, I am thinking of changing over to quetiapine fumarate, because I have been told it would be less harmful, I am also a copd patient. Would this be a better choice? I can t sleep without medication.
