You should take primolut N 5 mg two times a day, 7-8 days before regular menstrual bleeding date. You can take maximum up to 14 days When you stops the pill, period will come in next 2-3 days But also note the side effects of primolut: Following are common side effects: headaches, nausea, irregular bleeding, fluid retention, dizziness, weight gain and depressed mood, either sleepiness or insomnia, bloating, a decreased or increased sex drive, discomfort of the breasts.
