Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Post prandial blood sugar(PPBS) is blood sugar measured after 2 hours of having meals. Normal value is 110-180mg/dl. PPBS value of 190 in a diabetic patient is slight high & acceptable
These glucose levels can be controlled by low calorie diet. Small frequent meals. No direct sugars at all. No fruits with high sugar such as mangoes, banana , grapes etc. Avoid sweets, cakes, honey jam, tuberous roots like potatoes etc.
Regular exercises also helps to reduce sugar levels. You can also do a Hb1aC test for a long term blood glucose control in past 3- 4 months.

Refer to your physician for consultation
Hoping your query is solved
