General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

High blood pressure may be related to stress but no always. High values, as it has happened in your case, warrant a recheck of the blood pressure.
If it continues to be over 140/90 then a visit with your doctor is needed and further investigations to determine if there is a secondary cause and also determine the needed treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
