OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. There is difficulty in conceiving in polycystic ovarian disease, but stepwise treatment is done , the next step to be followed when the previous step fails:
1. Ovulation induction with drugs
2. Intrauterine insemination
3. In vitro fertilization
Pregnancy is achieved using these methods in almost all the patients of PCOS.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
