Hi,

Neuromet injection contains mecobalamin, which is a form of vitamin B12. It is often used to treat vitamin B12 deficiency, which can cause anemia, nerve damage, and other health problems. In some cases, elevated SGPT levels can be caused by liver damage or other health conditions, and vitamin B12 deficiency can also be a contributing factor. Mecobalamin injection may help to treat vitamin B12 deficiency and potentially improve SGPT levels.

It is important to follow your doctor's instructions regarding the use of Neuromet injection or any medication. Be sure to inform your doctor about any other medications or supplements you are taking and any other health conditions you may have, as this can affect the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
