Is Nervijec Injection (once) Sufficient For B12 Deficiency In A Hypothyroid Patient And What Tablets Can Help In Long Run?
I am 45 years old and taking Thyronorm 50 mcg since 2 years for Hypothrodism. My Vitamin b12 count is 228 whereas the normal range is 248-900. Doctor advised me to take Mecoblend capsules and Nervijec injection once. Is the injection dose is sufficient. Any specific tablets are available for B12 deficiency for long run?
Since your Vitamin B12 count is less than the normal range, it is important to find out the cause of Vitamin B12 deficiency in your body.
Injections are given as supplements of Vitamin B12. They need to be taken once a month. You can also take multivitamin/ B-complex+ Folic acid supplements.
Wishing you a good health Take care.
