Is Morphine A Good Substitute For Hydrocodone To Manage Pain?
I have been going to pain management for 10 months.. I had surgery and was given a different prescription by my surgeon which he said was ok. Well my pain management dismissed me for this. I was referred to a new pain management and they won t write me what I was taking before which was hydrocodone.. He wants me to start on morphine? Which I think is extreme and I m not comfortable with that.. I don t know what to do from here?

You can substitute morphine for hydrocodone. Effects of both are almost same.
