Is FELIZ-S-10 Effective In Treatment Of Depression?
RESPECTED DOCTOR, MY SON IS A BTECH ENGINEER AND EMPLOYED IN A POWER PLANT .HE IS PREPARING FOR CAT-15 EXAM, BUT AT PRESENT HE IS VERY MUCH DEPRESSED FOR THAT,FEW MONTHS AGO HE WAS PRESCRIBED BY A DOCTOR TO TAKE FELIZ-S-10.I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER HE MAY TAKE THE SAME MEDICINES OR NOT. M K CHOUDHARY

Your son has been diagnosed with depression and he has been given Feliz-S10. Feliz S consists of Escitalopram. Escitalopram is SSRI drug and this is a good drug for depression and anxiety. It is safe to give this drug in depression and there are no significant side effects known with this drug. If he the drug has been prescribed by a psychiatrist then there is no doubt, you should give him the drug.
