I am 66 and had my physical this year. I mentioned that I hadn t had an orgasm for almost a year, I have thinning vaginal tissue and am easily irritated. In the past I was able to have multiple orgasms with my husband who knows me well and has been my partner since we were 15. My Doctor suggested Premarin but it was $300. My pharmacist said that estradiol is a new generic that would be less expensive. it is at $100. when I read the side effects I felt this was NOT worth it. am I over reacting or is there something else you can suggest.
