Is Duphaston Needed To Regulate Menstruation Cycle?
Hi. My girlfriend take duphaston prescribed by her ob. After 10days she have her menstration. According to her ob she need to be seen again by her ob after 3 days of having period. My question, is there a need of contraceptive pills to have my girlfriend menstration to become regular? Thank you!

Dhuphastone contain synthetic progesterone hormone....
In irregular cycles, dysmenorrhea, dysfunctional uterine bleeding like condition progesterone can be used....
Usually dhuphastone or promolute N like drug commonly used for that....
So here in this condition it is used for regularize period rather than use as contraceptive. ..
So you can take it as per doctor advise......
