Is Duphaston Effective In Treating PCOS?
hello doctor, i am having polyestic overies and dr told me to take dupstan.i took on 16th day of my periods till 12 days.now i missed my periods.is there any chances that after taking this medicine the periods r still irregular or there is fuly chances of pregnancy? coz i didnot check its positive or nrgative... plz help me

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Duphastone is progesterone which is given to make the uterine environment more favourable for conception.
Duphastone also delays the periods by 5-7 days after its intake.
I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done, if negative then you can wait for next 1 week for the periods to occur.
