Hello,

If she has been constipated for 3 days now, that is quite normal depending on foods / drinks he consumes. That's normal as babies are still learning new tastes, and enjoy some more than others.

Nothing toxic will happen to her even if she will be up to 7 days without bowel movement (unless there is any bowel narrowing problem). Otherwise, just give gentle fiber syrup containing prunes or figs extract. The dulcolax suppository I do not recommend for 3 days constipation but when your baby will be 5 or more days constipated. I usually recommend gentle baby anal enema solution.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
