Is Dermadew Acne Soap Effective For Acne?

Hi Doctor I have been facing acne problem from last 2-3 years though it is not much but sometimes they become big and very much visible. I used to have spicy burgers but not now, as I have left that place 2 yrs back. Also I am taking enough waters nowadays. I have used vichy normaderm hyaluspot as well but not much effect of this. Now I am thinking to go for Dermadew acne soap. Please advice what should I do. Thanks Harshul

Hi,

I can understand your concern for pimples on your face. Acne or pimples are youth related problem and is not a disease per say.

A gel containing clindamycin phosphate 1.2% w/w and tretinoin gel can be very helpful to you for long term. The only precaution you should follow is to apply the cream in very thin layer and that too over affected area only.

In your kind of acne the best treatment is by isotretinoin capsules under strict dermatological supervision only.

Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem of acne can be dealt best for future time. Soaps alone are not effective in the treatment of acne.
