Hi Dr. ,my daughter 37 yrs old ,a 21/2 mos pregnant has been prescribed of Dalteparin injection for 9 weeks starting before 3 mos of pregnancy because of her for having history fo bld clot after delivery & she took coumadinf for 1 yr. It doesent seem to be safe, she sould stop it and consult a gynocology expert advise. Because any anticoagulent is going to be harmful to the patient and baby. It can cause bleeding.
