Is Ambien Safe To Take While On Bystolic?

Hi I m 57 year old healthy female with recent heart palpitations. My doctor described bystolic after completion of heart tests which did not reveal anything significant with the heart. It s 5 mg and I started taking today but cut it in half.. I had one glass of red wine with dinner a few hours ago. Is it safe to take half of an ambien to help with sleep tonight?
