Is 2 Sacs Of TVS Normal?

I am 5 weeks pregnant, TVS showed I have 2 sacs and advised to repeat TVS after a week to confirm viability of pregnancy, i also have brown spotting for 8 days now. And don t feel tenderness of breasts anymore . I don t feel anything like nauseous . I m worried , I badly want to have and keep the babies.

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
The early scan is not confirmatory. A repeat scan at 6-7 weeks will show a better picture. Though 2 sac means twins there is a good chance that one of then will be absorbed.
Meanwhile as you are having brown discharge which can be bleeding please take tab duphaston twice a day till your repeat scan.
