I m seeing an endocrinologist about my thyroid. My thyroid looks rough in the sonar gram. I was told it was damaged by antibodies and it is most likely not reversible. I did not feel good on T4 medication (levothyroxine, 75 mcg tablets) so I stopped taking it after 30 days.
