Intense Muscular Pain In Back, Tests Show High SGPT, Cholesterol. How Can This Be Controlled?
hi Sir, My S.G.P.T. level is 59 as norlam range is 5-35 iU/L, i was done the bood test yesterday & my S. Cholesterol is 211 as normal range is 125-200mg% i am having very bad mescular pain in back, from last many days...that s why doctor suggest me to do the bood test..my age is 33 running & weight 87 kgs pls advice me how to control high sgpt & high cholesterol ..

first of all u have to lose some weight. For that regular excercise, fast n brisk walking, swimming,cycling anything u can do it will also helf to bring ur cholestrol levels down but simultanously take healthy diet agoid oily spivy junk food take lots of fruits n salad all with dlctors prescribed medici.e.
