Injury To Left Side Of Waist, Internal Swelling. Treatment Options?
Hi, I am xxxxx. I slept few days left in a bathroom and had a injury in my left side of waist . It is already 2 weeks but it is still painful for me if i do specific moves which causes movement of my waist tissues. Although i am able to do other daily routine tasks quite easily and also i am comfortable in walking. I feel that i am having internal swelling near by my left waist. I have been using some gel tubes but doesn t seems like it is effective. Pls advise me.
The symptoms of pain in the left waist region after sleeping in a particular posture suggests soft tissue injury. Soft tissue injury can cause pain, internal bleeding, hematoma formation. You can take analgesic (pain killer), rest, and hot fomentation for symptomatic relief. A topical application of analgesic and serratiopeptidase preparation can help to relieve pain. However, a X-ray of the abdomen is required to look for the extent of soft tissue injury and / or bony injury. Consult your doctor for a clinical examination, investigation and thus management.
